If they fail to respect the do not call laws, make a complaint. They get find you get paid, it worked before....I hope it works again.....
They dont even know the difference between an inbound an an outbound call. When you call the number, their dialer puts em in queue and they they think they called you....have some fun.....

Mark as Useful I filed a BK last year and this capital one credit card was wiped off now my BK was dismissed and they are hounding me to pay them after I was in good standing with them and they refused to accept payment due to the BK. Now my credit is messed up and they want their money. How can I stop them from calling.

Mark as Useful this person, with an obvious Indian accent and one could hear other persons talking in a call center. He claimed to be with "The Depart of Law" I called back from a phone with a blocked number, and it was a cash advance place! I scared him by saying impersonating a law officer is illegal.

Mark as Useful i think this was a scam phone call. the man stated that i would be picked up at work on monday and taken to the court house by a payday loan i never took out. he had all my personal information and wanted the name of my lawyer. i would not give him the information and told him i would have my lawyer contact him. he became very abusive. there was alot of noise in the back ground and the conversation had mnay dead spots in it as if he was looking up information. he stated he was from a law firm. when i googles the law firms name it is not a valid law firm. when i typed in the phone number they were many complaints about this number being a scam. i even went as far as to contact my local sheriffs office and they also stated he was a scam.
